June, 1995

RESOURCE Marketing Associates (RMA) announced today its most recent program introduction with its largest bank client, Downey Savings and Loan Association. Sales began in late May, with Downey electing to use a platform based annuity sales program using bank representatives licensed through a newly established insurance agency, Downey Affiliated Insurance Agency.

RMA assisted Downey and Downey Affiliated in the implementation of their new program by providing due diligence and product options, consulting, sales systems and statewide sales training. Downey licensees will be supported by RMA’s National Service Center located in San Diego, California.

RMA is pleased to report sales are exceeding early expectations, and that Downey Affiliated has successfully integrated its alternative investment sales efforts, ensuring consistent attainment of corporate retail banking goals and objectives.

RMA will continue to conduct training and seminar sessions and provide other services and programs towards assisting increasing bank sales effectiveness in a context of responsible investment and financial planning.

October, 1995

RESOURCE Marketing Associates (RMA) announced today that it has added new markets using several widely respected and well known insurance companies, enabling RMA to better serve current and new bank and marketing clients in the area of fixed annuity sales.

RMA’s spokesman reports:

"Although RMA provides a wide variety of unbundled consulting, marketing and support services geared towards supporting all aspects of alternative investment sales, we were pleased to obtain new insurance program commitments from Aetna and Transamerica, which we felt would complement very nicely our relationships with Mutual of Omaha and other highly rated companies, such as Keyport, Provident, Equitable and our specialty markets.

As an independent firm, RMA feels its strength has been its ability to ensure clients earn more income by using targeted and competitive programs from household name insurance companies, or from niche markets where clients require alternative programs or services.

January, 1996

RESOURCE Marketing Associates, Inc. (RMA) announced today several new updates as it concluded agreements with a premier Internet provider and a number of highly rated life insurance companies.

QuickQuote Insurance Agency, Inc. - New Internet Programs

RMA concluded marketing agreements with QuickQuote to provide RMA's new joint multiple product insurance marketing program by using QuickQuote's new Internet-based insurance price comparison system. QuickQuote offers more insurance choices than any other similar service on the Internet, and provides unique electronic processing to speed applications and underwriting. RMA will support banks choosing the QuickQuote program with its own direct response marketing programs, and full implementation and sales support training designed to maximize customer response and sales.

New Carrier Agreements

In order to support the QuickQuote programs and RMA's bank annuity clients, RMA has added new agreements to provide more competitive annuity and life programs at higher commission levels to banks. New carrier relationships include Transamerica Life Insurance and Annuity, Jackson National, the Allied group and others.

New Internet Site

RMA's plans to use the Internet for distributed processing has prompted its completion of a new web site to process inquiries, provide generic information regarding RMA programs, and to facilitate communication with other related Internet sites. RESOURCE Marketing Associates (RMA) announced today several new updates as it concluded agreements with one of the country’s largest credit unions to begin life insurance sales, began new variable annuity sales, and separately began a new consulting project.

Hughes and QuickQuote Insurance Agency, Inc. - Insurance/Advantage Quote

RMA concluded a new marketing agreement with CU Master Insurance Services, a Hughes Aircraft Employees Credit Union subsidiary, to offer RMA's Insurance Advanatge and begin using QuickQuote’s FiCom Network to offer its members interactive access to instant term life insurance price quotes and on-line applications using the credit union’s web site. CU Master also plans to use the internet program to directly sell to members term life insurance through its financial service representatives.

Hughes Aircraft Employees Credit Union is one of the country’s largest and serves over 158,000 members throughout the nation, for Hughes Electronics Corporation and other select companies.

QuickQuote Insurance Agency, Inc. is a premier provider of internet based technologies and life programs and offers an interactive price comparison and purchasing system through its FiCom Network.

October, 1996

RESOURCE Marketing Associates (RMA) announced today it has concluded new sales agreements, and begun a new consulting project for WestOne Bank of Idaho. First Security Investor Services of Utah approved RMA's proposal to add its Mutual of Omaha Series V Ultrannuity, a variable annuity, with first sales expected in early 1997. RMA supports variable annuity sales with training, sales and telemarketing support, and conducted introductory training in the fourth quarter of 1997 in over 26 locations.

RESOURCE Marketing Associates (RMA) completed its strategic assessment of collateral protection programs and assisted a prominent California thrift in evaluating its options, obtaining company and administrator proposals, analysis and comparison of submissions made, and undertaking implementation of new insurance tracking and a full service lender insurance program.

The assignment is RMA's fifth successful completion of assignments that have included:

1.) objective strategic analysis of insurance and risk management programs;

2.) evaluation of new fee income opportunities for banks and finance companies;

3.) establishment of new annuity and mutual fund sales programs for banks under different platforms and

4.) denovo organization of securities brokerage and agency subsidiaries for financial institutions.
